Open the front door and be struck by panoramic water views. The large living room has bay windows, a fireplace, sectional sofa and multiple comfortable nooks to curl up with a book or play board games.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ample counter space is ideal for cooking everything from pancake breakfasts to lobster dinners. Bonus: home chefs chopping and prepping ingredients at the kitchen island can look out over Goose Cove.
The spacious dining area which can seat 10 opens out on to a deck with outdoor seating, a sun umbrella and Weber gas grill. A full bath, bedroom with double and single beds, and mudroom with washer and dryer giving on to the back door and pocket porch round out the first floor. More below
